Common questions
How far in advance should I book?+
As early as you can — especially for weekends and wedding season. We confirm every request by hand so your date is locked only when we’re sure we can serve it.
What’s included with delivery?+
Delivery, setup, and pickup of the restroom trailer you book — 2-stall, 3-stall, or 4-stall. Add-ons like an attendant, extra cleaning, or a generator can be requested on the form.
Do you offer discounts for longer rentals?+
- Online booking is 1–3 days, at one flat day rate:
- 2-stall: $1,250/day
- 3-stall: $1,500/day
- 4-stall: $2,000/day
How does payment work?+
- Payment breaks down like this:
- Booking 10+ days out: 50% reservation payment today, remaining 50% + refundable security deposit charged the business day before your event.
- Booking within 10 days: full rental price + security deposit due immediately.
- Security deposit: $500 (1–6 days), $1,000 (week), $2,000 (month), based on rental length.
- You’ll get a confirmation email once payment is received.

How often do you service multi-day rentals?+
Every one to two days, depending on your event — we’ll confirm the schedule when we approve your booking.
What about water and power?+
At checkout you must confirm whether adequate water and electrical power will be available. If either is not available, we add Water Service ($500) and/or Generator Service ($500) to the rental total.
Do you serve areas outside LA County?+
We’re focused on Los Angeles County for launch — including Downtown LA, Manhattan Beach, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, West Hollywood, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and surrounding cities. Expanding across California soon.
What if I need to change or cancel my date?+
- Cancellations depend on timing:
- More than 21 days out: 48-hour free cancellation window after booking; after that, your Reservation Payment is nonrefundable.
- 21 days or fewer out: the Reservation Payment is nonrefundable immediately.
- 7 days or fewer out: you’re responsible for the full rental price.
- Your security deposit is never charged as a cancellation penalty.
- Reschedules: one complimentary reschedule if more than 21 days out and new dates are available; inside 21 days, rescheduling requires a new booking and payment.
